nailbrush

I spent all day cleaning out my interior and using a cloth to rub in the liquid leather cleaner,ive since read on a few websites that a nailbrush is the best way to put it on,however im confused as to what a nailbrush is! Is it a soft wire brush?where can i buy such a thing! cheers folks!
