Hi guys,
I had my main thermostat replaced on Friday last week. Since then I've noticed a coolant leak at the lower hose connection where it meets the thermostat.
If I wiggle to pipe the leak gets worse.
Are there o rings inside the hose connection where it meets the thermostat?
It was...

This is another DIY I was meant to post a few months ago and never got round to it, its for the Lower Control Arm or Wishbone as you’ll see it called on sites such as RealOEM or BMWFans etc, this control arm is the smaller of the two that connects...
Hi All
I needed new lower control arms on my E46 Touring & I'm replacing the rest of the front suspension bits at the same time. After a fair bit of researching peoples feedback on quality of different brands, and trying to balance keeping costs reasonable with using good quality parts from...

Hi everyone, today I looked at a 2005 E87 120d, everything about it was correct, price mileage etc but it appears that it has quite a low spec.
Plastic steering wheel with no remote buttons, manual aircon etc.
I was wondering whether it is an easy job to upgrade these, like would it be easy to...
HI
I am looking at spending about £13000 on a 7 series and would like to know peoples opinions on age vs miles
example 2014 with 120k miles or 2011 with 50k miles?
Is there a year where major changes took place and therefore worth paying extra to get.
Many thanks for any advice or thoughts.
So I noticed a week ago my drivers side rear footwell carpet was wet, it had just rained and I left the window open while visiting my mums hose. The next day I noticed there was more water in the rear footwell so I lifted the fitted carpet out and there was a pretty sizeable puddle in the...

So I've read up on multiple forums about this myth that the reason e46s (among others) sit lower on the right is that the the car was designed to have say a 80-90kg person sat on the left which would balance out the car. I can't find any proof of this but seems a good reason for it.
I recently...

So I bought this bmw and I had some 17" wheels for it but ended up swapping for a 15" when I noticed that the passenger side rear tire rubbed like crazy.
I have found some things to check like:
Alignment but it would most likely destroy one side of the tires I think?
