hidern

hi all its me again sorry to be a pain but heres my question ive gone in to my hidern obc gone down to 19 and then 7 is this the coolent temperature ? if so what is it surposed to be reading when the car is at full running temp ? also once its got to this temp is it surposed to stay there...
