    I recently changed my rear airbags for the Arnott units as one was leaking. Since replacing them the compressor does not switch on. Fuses have been checked-all ok. There is an electrical supply going to the compressor so that's ok. The car runs but the compressor wont kick in, any suggestions?

    Removed turbo and found unacceptable play in shaft - Ordered a CHRA from Melett which will rectify, however now need a new feed and return pipe along with associated gaskets. Is BMW OEM the only way to go or can someone recommend an after market solution ? (2004 E60 530d)
