convetible

Hi, I am looking to recover the front seats of my e36 convertible, does the plastic backing come off of these seats and if it does can anybody please explain how as i have searched the internet with no joy on this.

I am upgrading the audio in my 320d E93 convertible . I have already changed the head unit the next part is speakers including tweeters . I have been looking online for the plastic part with the grill that the tweeters are mounted in but they just do not seem to exist ,...unless some one in...
