bottoming

Hi guys, Now that I have the new wheels on Big Bertha she is cruising like a dream, however she is occasionally bottoming out. By this I mean if I have a passenger or two if I hit the bottom of a hill or take a corner the wheel seems to rub on the inside of the wheel arch and the mud flaps...
