beaters or spray

Hello all Just pranged my Bimmer sliding on the ice and snow, dented pride and dented car with multiple scratches on paint work. Can anyone recommend a good body shop in the Glasgow or surrounding district that wont mean me having to take out a second mortgage. aaaaaaaaaaaagh Cheers Longgannet
