Hello, I'm a complete new blood to BMW as i have just bought my first: 2007 325i m sport 2.5 coupe. Really excited about BMWs but also a complete novice as to lingo and stuff. Just a couple of initial questions, 1st can i chip my car? which is the best chip? how can i get it any faster? how do i get it to stop quicker? does anyone know a custom garage specialising in BMW up grading. Thanks hope to learn alot from you guys and girls so please be patient with my ignorance. Much love:)

welcome to the forum
ok yes you can "chip" your car for best overall results ive found past and presant a rolling road remap is your best bet as you recieve a map suited to your engine rather than a generic file loaded to ur ecu thus the fueling will be more suited to how your engine runs.
As for getting a lot of power from your engine as with all bmw engines really big gains are very very costly the 2 best options are change ur car for a faster model or save for an engine swap which can often cost more than the cars current market value lastly forced induction (turbo or supercharger kits)
As for my opinion upgrade to 330 brakes if funds allow and invest in a decent suspension setup,eg eibach thus enabling you to carry more speed around corners and the twisties and giving you a more stable platform to enjoy what you do have.
a good cat back exhaust eismann supersprint too name 2 exhausts and possibly a nice pipercross panel filter(or simular) before your remap should ensure it breaths more easily

it's all upto your budget really but tbh once your suspensions sorted and brakes you'll more than likely enjoy the car that much more, above all else service her regularly and keep ontop of maintenace and she will be a fun reliable car that should look after you.

regards louis
