i've got inpa working on amy 2004 320d and the selective mass readings show a problem with one or more injectors, i've read there is a smooth running test but i can't seen to find this anyone know where in the menu this is

Sorry I misread your 1st post, selective mass adjustment is the smooth running test and it can be used when the car is being driven and
at idle but if you try this its advisable to take a passenger, get them to nurse the laptop and video the screen with a mobile phone letting
you concentrate on driving the car

Look for a menu under status for something like Laufruhe.
When active, it will turn off the correction, so it will run fairly rough.
I think BMW spec is -4mg/ +5mg correction.

i think i found it but it's called " selective rotation conformity" the car runs rough when selected so i'm assuming it's the same test.
