Oki an update here.

Because i had allot of issues with installing this.
I have reinstalled windows 7 on my laptop.
And now i have followed this guide:

http://www.bimmerforums.co.uk/forum/f99/guide-installing-inpa-ediabas-windows-7-64bit-t103023/

Everything went well and i now have the programs installed again.

I did as you said. Tried DEE5, DEE6 and Body<Instrument cluster, but just
got an error message like this:

I have tried to do the same thing without cable connected
to car. And i am getting the same error as above picture.
Is there something mor i need to instal to get this to work
except for what explained in this guide?

Regards Morten

Looks like a hardware error to me, how old is the laptop? Are you using the USB cable, or the Serial-to-USB cable? Either way, it's entirely possible the port/interface you're using on the laptop is damaged, even if only slightly. Try using a different USB port if you're using USB and if you're using Serial, switch to a USB port instead. This could possibly also be the cable, but I doubt it, it looks like it's complaining about it's own hardware, not something attached to it.

Hello i just noticed this on the ebay site where I bought the cable:

Important: This will work for BMW cars from 1991 to 2006/2007. This will not work on cars built from 03/2007 and newer cars (from when BMW started using D-can for OBD communication)

My car is actual almost an 2008 model. Mine is 2007 in 11. month i think.
Its the facelift version. Can this be the deal? If so, what cable do i need to
use then?
