Again using the smartbox launch x431

My cruise control is not working BTW

i keep getting a recurring cruise control module fault
its saying fault 12 actuator position

using the Live mode i detected the clutch switch was activated whether i depressed the clutch or not
    i replaced PART ## 61318360421 (clutch switch)
but its still telling me its activated and the recurring fault
i doubled checked the brake switch
    working fine.
deactivated push the pedal and it changed over to activated

any ideas where too look next

Well the cruise control actuator is number 3 here, http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...52&hg=66&fg=20

If the switch is showing as activated all the time then it sounds like there's a broken wire? You checked for power there?
