    Can anyone advise if this software (V8.3) will reset Service information - Brake pad wear and the correct procedure.

    When I enter the section to reset this and attempt it, the box goes green (RESET) but no change to the information on the car

    Have you replaced the sensors? They are not the same as the older models.... The sensors are like resistors and as they wear down the resistance alters and the mileage reduces....

    You need to replace the sensor, then you can reset it yourself off the dash. Some details are here...
