That's what I did, I have been messing about with INPA/DIS since December.

Now I can access everything, just got to work out how to use DIS now, I can get to DPF Regen and force one to start.

I access the CBS (Oil, microfilter etc) but can only change the values downwards! I used to have 12,000 miles for Oil but due to my tweaking, I only have 9,000 left lol
I can't figure out how to reset the time/miles upwards. Setting the MOT date is easy enough.

    Update ;-

    Reinstalled INPA

    Swapped FAR's E60-ENG file in C;\EC-APPS\INPA\BIN

Can now open SIM module and shows no fault!! although the warning is on my I Drive.

I have checked in the new install that in C:\Ediabas\ECU the files are present that FAL suggested with the following results;-

    SGM_60_2 present
D_SIM.grp not present but D_SIM is , is this the same file?
    SIM ipo-not present

I tried to open INPA.ERR in notepad but couldn't as the file size is 0kb

Any ideas guys would be appreciated.

The E60.ENG file attached to this forum solved my problems of INPA not being able fo clear half my ecu's fault codes, get into the air bag system ecu, and more importantly clear the airbag fault codes i had.

Now everything work. I looked at my original file and FAL's .ENG file and it seem like mine just had enough to be filled in to work enpugh. His is conplete witg all the colmmands for going into each ecu and the INPA menu structure when you click on F4-E60 unde the INPA main menu.

I originally set up INPA for my E90 so that could explain why alot of E60 fules have been missing. I originally had to download E60 Daten files. That got me further ahead, but then this problem and you solved it for me. I would of probably necer figured this out honesty. The more errors i get the more i learn about how these programs actually work.

Now onto a seperate problem. Ever since i coded some sinple stuff on my E60. Attemped to turn on DRL and it added the option to the idrive menu, but i have the old LMA 1 module. But the problem i have now is that unless it's absolutely full sun out my auto headlightd turn on like its night time. Before intouched anything they were fine. I tried coding the entire car back to a blank .MAN file to the VO. Seemed like it might of gotten better, but not fixed.

I tested the light sensor at night and if I shine a flash light directly into the light sensor at night, the headlights eventually turn off. Which makes no sense to me. The light sensor is working, but why is it still too sensitive and basically the headlights are on 95% of the time in the auto position during the day. The only thing i didnt do is recode the idrive back to stock VO settings and get that Daytime Running Light option out of the menu. Which has no effect on anything anyway...

    Any ideas?
