I have been looking at a usb to ODBII cable on ebay which comes with some software, just wondering would this be compatible with my car and the port inside of the car? I just want to do a bit of diagnostics, by looking at some figures like MAF etc. and want to read any codes if they are any present. Has anyone tried one of these cables from ebay? cheers

    You should be OK.
OBD2 data was enabled at 2004 for diesels.
Any ebay lead will work, you just need the software on top.
Most come with a CD/DVD full of different programs.
