Have you jump started the car at all?

If not, check the charging rate at the battery, from what I have it may be a charging issue OR a code to indicate a jump start(SRS ECU has had more than it's usual volts).

Have you re-checked the cables on the battery? it sounds like the safety lead that triggers in the event of a crash

Did you change the battery because sometimes you had a non-start occurrence? the reason I ask is I've read about this problem today and they have the same code, but sometimes the car wouldn't start.
