Right guys something is about to go wrong with the car pretty soon. The car is really hesitating badly in gear: 2 and 3. When I accelerate or de-accelerate the severely hesitates. My hand held scanner is not showing up with anything at all and my fuel trim values are well within parameters. So I now need to know if there's any software on the market that is computer operated that will show in graph format what each and every sensor is doing?

You would be better off with a BMW specific scanner, as EOBD code scanners can't show as much data and aren't as specific on the fault codes, also sometimes they will not list codes that a BMW specific scanner will.
