    Hi again everyone having read the sticky on OBD scanners I tend to agree, can anyone suggest which one will be adequate for my car at a reasonable price??? If I pay for the service that is then dead money buying one I can check as many times as I need the big Q which one and how much, recommendations please thanks Chris

    I'd probably recommend a Peake Research handheld scanner. Much easier than messing about with a laptop.

    Only drawback is that you will need a separte tool for Airbag resets.

    Carsoft or INPA, more people use Carsoft generally

    Through a recommendation through this forum I bought a Peake FCX II from http://www.ukobd.co.uk/gstore/store/...p?IDproduct=44 and haven't looked back since.
    My only problem now is I can't reset my Brake Fluid Clock light.
