Think it may need a service due shows 4k left on clock.

PS The plastic little piece broke on me topping up the oil, it fell into the tube. the Min and Max stayed on the dip stick but the other small piece is fallen in. I hope this does not cause any issues - will it cause any issues you think?

Depends if it get sucked into your engine or blocks the supply of oil, if I were you I would be draining the sump to get it out

    Hi,

    Where did you source yours?
I looked around and Bosch seem to be around £160 upwards for the M43 engine but I have managed to source a new one from Germany for £106 incl delivery.

I spoke with couple specialists, both have said leave it as it has a filter and wouldn't block anything just remain in the sump - I hope.

They said draining the sump may not bring it out as its a very small hole where the oil come out and might not come out with it.

That's why you stick something in to make it come out, why are you asking questions If you have already had advice off a specialist, I personally would want it out
