    Hi Guys,

I have a problem with my heater... If I have my internal temp at 16°c then it's fine... If I put it up then it's fine... But it won't go back down to 16°c again unless I turn the car off and on again...

    Any suggestions why this is???

I do motorway driving so pulling over to reset it isn't very practical!

    Cheers guys...

Have you tried pulling the battery for 30 minutes to do a reset? Is the switch sticky?

The switch is fine and not sticking... I haven't tried taking the battery off...

Will the alarm have a field day if I disconnect the battery?

Nope. And you won't need the radio code either.

Note: there is an option in the key to set the temperature to XX when you turn on the car. Are you sure the down button ever works?

memory (if activated) will reset the temp everytime you use the key, but its still possible to adjust up and down!
    Things to do:

Buy a petrol fuelled BMW again

What's this about the option in the key for the temp? I'm unaware of this?

I'm presuming the down button works as I had to put it to 16°c and leave it there now...

how do you do that joylove?

i belive you can also get it to set to certain temps depending on out side tempreture,

    for instance

    20C outside - car 16c
    1c outside - car 21c
