Well i've just bought a 20 pin peake tool on evilbay

couldn't justify the extra for the optional 16 pin connection when a 20 pin will suffice, i'll let you know how i get on when it arrives

Ok i recieved the Peake today and obviously plugged it in
Came up with Codes: 08,11, and 41.
after a reset and a drive round the block
codes 11 and 41 came back.
Am i right in thinking i should read from table 11?
if so theres no code 11 and 41 means cam sensor

I'm pretty sure i'm right but would like a grown up to confirm

if so that could mean a trip to the dealers tomorrow as i have already replaced this sensor with a pattern one which obviously didn't work

Well after 24 hours of owning a Peake my car is running as it should for the first time in a month

It turns out the genuine sensor cured the problem.

Not as glad as i am mate
its been so frustrating still having to use the car knowing its not happy, and the stuttering and hesitation AND knowing its basically gulping fuel and running poorly

i've contacted the guy who sold me the dicky sensor, what are my chances of coming to an agreement with him?
    legit company not evilbay seller.

I feel i've been given MY car back
