Can anyone reccomend a fault code reader for this model?

I have the airbag light on and most garages want to charge upwards of £35 to read the code.

If it's just airbag reset, then it would cost more to buy the tool. Personal choice would be the SRS reader/reset tool from Peake Research, but it costs up to £120 . Maybe you can shop around Independents as some of them do a read and reset from £25

The prices may look tempting, but none of them will reset you air bags. Besides, these are generic OBD readers, so you will not get some of the codes as read by BMW specific ones. Sorry Mike .
