    I have done a carsoft diagnostics on my BMW, it came up with the following, problem,



    I am not sure what to do with this information.

    Please could I get some advice as to what this means and what I can do to clear this error, as it will not clear.

    you need to check the sensor on the auto gearbox because there are conflicting speed issues between the crank sensor and the output sensor.

    the auto gearbox sensor that you mentioned to check, is this the output speed sensor or is there some other one attatched to the gear box?

    or are you saying that I should check the crank sensor and output speed sensor?

    Also, when you say 'check', do you mean replace?

    I am still learning, so please be patient with my many questions, and thank you.
