You might want to try swapping them round, so channel A is the speakers and channel B (the bottom row) is the bridged sub output

What can I say,,,,,, BOOM!!!! .....I have had to actually turn my Amp Down!!, when I was turning up volume on Nexus7 it was throwing it out, So have set what I feel is top volume on the Nexus and set the Level on the Amp, lower, to compensate, Even though the Sounds are very clear, I do not have the same Base as I did before, it used to vibrate through me, but now seems though it is not hitting that point, but does sound Really Really good.

Thanks for that my friend, so on the other question about having the OBD Connector under the bonnet, connected to the usb adapter, that goes to pc, is this okay to remain plugged in permanently, I was going to create a port on the dash, that I could plug my pc into.

Yes, you should be fine having a permanent diag connection, you might even be able to just grab the diagnostic line closer, it should be going to the dash, EWS, OBC etc.
