i'm after a set of bulbs for my partners 206 with h7 bulbs, 1 of the halfords brilliance bulbs has just blown, so i'm after a set of new 1s. but where can i get some philips extremes or osram nightbreakers for the best price?
i read once there was a cheap supermarket selling these in blank boxes dirt cheap! is that still happening? halfords 1's are £24.

Found it! http://www.google.co.uk/products?hl=...bulb&scoring=p Apparently this Google thing is really catching on! lol

On a serious point, Osram have improved the filament in their Nightbreakers for this year which is why they beat Phillips Xtreme instead of coming second to them like they did last year.

I can vouch for the Philips Xtreme Vision bulbs being really good, they seem to last longer than standard bulbs too!

A work mate, just had to change his Halfrauds Super Brilliance H7 bulb again after only 2 weeks use, they changed it for another one, and said he could have surges on the lighting circuits. Apparently Halfords bulds are made by Bosch

I'm thinking of trying the osram bulbs as they have a special offer on flea-bay at the mo:

Are Osram as good as they say they are? or will they blow after only a few months
