Hi lads & lasses any ideas as to why I have an intermittent fault that makes my radio display go blank, central locking stop working off the button and the indicator display stop working too. The radio still plays and the locking works off the key and the indicators work but no displays????????? Please help it sounds to me like a massive bill from BMW.

Is your battery ok, as a low output can cause all sorts of electrical gremlins in BMW's.

Had a similar problem with indicators, lights and locks working intermittently. After ready loads of reviews on various site's.
I found the problem was a ground cable on my after market stereo had come loose.
Simple refixed the the connection and all the problems disappeared.
