    Hi,
i noticed recently that when unlocking the car from the key (central locking) that it unlocks all doors but the rear left one. i can see that the door pin only comes up about 1/3 of the way up...when i lock it, the door pin goes down as normal. same thing goes for when pressing the central locking button in the car.

i can unlock the door from the door handle inside and push the door pin to manually lock it.

any ideas on how to fix it?

Got my MOT soon. this is a fail, right?

Same thing happens to my passenger door lock. I just keep pressing the unlock button until it pops up (usually only 2/3 times).

Not considered it being an MOT issue, got until Nov to work out how to fix it without throwing a blank cheque at the dealer

I fitted it myself. Not too bad really, just make sure you disconnect the battery before starting.

The airbag is fitted to the door card so if you unplug it with the battery connected it will throw an airbag error (even though it is plugged back in)

The main central retaining clip behind the door pull is a swine.

Here's the little bugger ready to slot back in (you pull it out when taking the door card off)

Again with it slotted into position ready for refitting the door card
