    Good job! Actually doesn't look that bad even with the manifold still in place. A few further tips: On the new module lubricate the inner edges of the connector housings so that the gaskets on the plugs slide easily in (I've used brake cylinder paste on all rubber gaskets). Use some conductive paste on the voltage supply pin for better contact (for example Molykote HSC Plus paste).

    superb guide,,i have a new controller on the kitchen bench,waiting to fit it
    was gonna pencil in 2-3 hours for the manifold off (again) but thanks to this superb guide i'll be doing it as per your video
    i have error codes 1,2,3, +5 G,P'S and my car still regenerates but can tick over a little lumpy on really cold mornings,starts first click tho every time

    Hi! anyone is ever seen the glow plug light on ?! What should be the outside temperature to make light come on?
    its no anymore errors stored on ECU, but never seen glow plug light lol

    ive had mine 3'5 years ,and i have never seen the gp light come on

    When it's really cold, below zero, the car will hesitate after you press the tit before it starts. This must be while the plugs are heating though I'm not sure if the light comes on. I've read that the plugs come on before you even turn on the ignition, triggered by things like door opening and seat occupancy.
