Cut a long story short, I got sumat stuck in the 9v ciggy lighter. Pulled it out with some pliers but caused a spark and a hward a pop from my left towards the glove box.

Where are fuses in my e46 cabriolet? Hopefully near the glovebox and that's what i heard go pop!

Any other pointers? I.e where can I pick up a Fuad and what type should I get? And eeeeekkk dare I say it ... Costs? I'm guessing a new fuse will be minimal but could I have blown anything else???

    Luckily car still starts!!! LOL

cant remember on the 46 but if its anything like the E39 open the glovebox and in the roof you'll see two white tabs, undo them and the fuse box will drop.
