Also i want to say that a screw from intake manifold cant be tight because i think that it is damaged but i think that there's no big problem because manifold its ok with the other 7 screws and 5 nuts.
I checked engine with INPA and it seems that Coolant heater error dissapeared, remained only the error with needle sensor. When i record live data it seems that time injections must be between 0 and 20, at me is -1.5 :( , and mass airflow its above the limit (0 - 20 limit) at me is 39. Any ideas what could be ? MAF issues?

Disconnect the maf and go for a drive and see if there are any differences.
As regards your temp of 80,is the temp gauge at 12 o clock position? If it is then you need to check the egr stat by removing it from a cold car and try blowing through it.
If you can blow through it easily then its bad.A bad egr stat will give you bad mpg.

The temp was around 80 degrees, and the gauge was in the middle. Must be on red zone ? Not at the middle ?

In the middle is perfect but 80 is a bit low.
How long does it take for the temp gauge to get to the middle?
It should be in the middle after 5 to 7 miles of driving.

I run yesterday only about 7 miles, and temperature raised to 80 degrees, and if i let the car at idle, it increases, slow but increasing. I will try to run some good kilometers, to accelerate it, and see what happens. When i put the hand on EGR thermostat is very hot after 7 miles.

Yes but was the temp gauge on the cluster at the 12 o clock position at the end of the seven miles?

Check the egr stat as i explained in post 22.
    80 is a bit low,88-92 is ideal.Here is a bit of info.

Thank you for this idea i forgot to try this.
Why do you say to try running with MAF diconnected ? It can have effects on temperature? Or only on running of the car.
High Mass airflow numbers are related to MAP sensor from intake manifold not MAF from air filter.
How can i check the big thermostat from coolant engine liquid ? I read that if on the first minutes the radiator hose is warming up, means that the thermostat is bad.
I noticed that my temperature now doesnt increase above 60 degrees..even if i drive hard for 15 km. Could be the big thermostat ? Or only the EGR thermostat. I will try to take out the EGR thermostat and to blow through it to see if i can blow easly.
