Itll be temp sensor mate. Even with thermosat closed itll be warmer than 6. Plus your heater blows hot, it cant blow air hotter than the coolant

That's what i wanted to hear I will take a look at the temp sensor to measure it with multimeter. How much ohms must measure between pins ?
And i takeout the intake manifold i will take a look at needle motion sensor from 3rd injector because i have an error there too.
    Thanks'alot

The needle motion sensor is built in to the injector and I think it cant be replaced, which means getting a new injector.
It will be the injector nearest to the windscreen.
If the error is 05 needle motion sensor then the injector will need replacing.
But if the needle was bad then id say the car would run bad too.

Its probably a k type thermistor. So resistance will increase with temperature. No idea what it should be though.

no in all cases the car works bad. if i delete the needle motion sensor error after starting engine appears again well for sure thaat there is a sensor issue or connectivity problem. tommorow i will try to remove intake manifos to change the temp sensor and check injector. th
thank you guys for your ideas.

Wow..today i taken out the manifold to check the temperature sensor. I pulled it out , measured it with multimeter and seems that the ohm values are OK.
I want to show you something what i' found there and what it means..Ignore the red bands, i put them temporary in sensitive places on cables.
What is that resistance(writes there 5k) ? Or what ex-owner wanted to do with that improvization ?(in the red circle) I see that the resistance is on the cable for temperature sensor.
    I attached the picture
    sensor.jpg
p.s I've put multimeter on sensor pins, it measures the resistance ok but when i set multimeter on SOUND/(to check continuity) i cant hear any sound. Is that possible a sensor to be good and doesnt have continuity in circuit ?

Was that inside the black box?
It looks like a potentiator, like a volume control knob, does it twist left and right?
    Strange!!

Exactly! it's a potentiator, a resistante with variable value from 0 to 5kohms. It can be twisted to left/right.
This make sanse because original value of sensor at 90 degrees is around 290 Ω.
The value of sensor at 4-5 degrees is 4000-5000..And now with potentiometer at maxi : 290 + 5.000 OHM = right the temperature from digital OBC.
This means that my engine reads a fake temperature, always 4-5 degrees and adds more fuel to warp up the engine.
I studied a little bit and I think that ex-owner wanted to do this trick.
    http://www.atlanticz.ca/zclub/techtips/tempsensorpot/
...Actually to trick/fake the temperature engine and to simulate a colder engine especially in the summer, and with this trick i think that ecu introduces more fuel to warm-up the engine. What is normal idle for 2.0 136hp diesel engine? At me is around 900 950 rpm even after 50km.

Mine idles at 830rpm when warm and 900 when just started up from cold.
If you pm your email i can send you a workshop manual but it is written spanish/mexican but it has a lot of information.

I've put the potentiometer to off, now the temperature its working fine, after 15 km its up to ~80 degrees, but after this "un-mod" i think i felt a lack of power at low rpm. Maybe it's just placebo, but i mean when i have 2000 rpm and i press the pedal to the medal, i dont feel the same thing as before. Was that a power healty mod ? I've seen that the idle now is 830 rpm, and the fuel consumption maybe decreased about 0.5 liters.
