majic !thanks again - last questions if willing !

can you identify what pins 23 and 24 supply on the x 16 conenector ?

and pins 4, 5 and 19 on the blue instrument cluster connector ?

(I am in very near final stages of engine and wiring transplant into a classic car- scary stuff but engine now starting fine with a screwdriver ready to clone onto classic car ignition switch!)

X16:
Pin 23, is an input, Voltage supply, terminal 15 for indicator and warning lamps
Pin 24, is a ground, Ground supply, terminal 31 for instrument cluster electronics

X17:
Pin 4, is an input, Voltage supply, terminal 15 for instrument cluster electronics
Pin 5, is an input, Voltage supply, terminal 15 for battery charge indicator
Pin 19, is an input, Oil pressure warning lamp control

Hope this is of some help.
