    Hi!

Bought some CCFLs off Ebay a couple of years ago and never got round to fitting them or even looking at them! I'm finally back in an E36 and I want to fit these to my car but I've discovered that I have no inverters!

    So I bought these : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWNX:IT

My question is: The inverters have 2 pin plugs with white wires which are supposed to plug into the CCFLs, but my CCFLs have just red and black wires, no plugs!

Will the CCFLs work either way round?

Can I safely try them without damaging anything?

My guess is that I can cut the plugs off and wire them either way round but I just wanted someone elses opinion before I destroy my angels...

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Raz

they should be fine, all you need to do is join the wires from the angel eyes to the white wires on the inverters then just join the red and black wires to the side light wiring on the car. i have the same inverters on my ccfl angel eyes, you wont damage them if the wiring is joined the the wrong way round, they just wont work! (trust me from my own experiance)!
