    i have a problem on my 1996 320 cabrio since i bought it where the aurbag light is on and i cannot connect to the car to any module, it has been tried on several types of equipment from dis,inpa, snap on etc etc. thye wiring from the 20 pin plug over to the ecu are seem fine, after that i dont know where to start narrowing down this issue.,any advice please

    passenger seat occupancy sensor buddy probably

    ebay do a bypass for around a tenner

    nearly sure my car does not have them as i fitted vadars and there was no sensors there, also the fact i cant connect to the car i cannot reset the light

    Hi, you may like to read the earlier threads on here a few weeks ago that dealt with 5 series airbag light but it may help you with yours.

    This one. Page 3 and 4

    One covers the problem in some detail and the other the new MOT rules about the airbag light warning on the dash.
