    It comes from the fog light switch. Did you check fuse 22? If it's ok try all the voltage tests above.

    ive checked fuse 22 and have power, ive done all the voltage tests, i pulled out tyhe relay today its the green one like in the pics on page one, the relay has 5 pins but the plug it goes into only has wiring for 4 pins the center pin doesnt go to anything. plug pins 86 has no power but pin 85 does the other 2 pins are not live either.

    i conected pin 85 to 87 and the fogs come on ... what pins should be live. does anyone have a wiring diagram for the fogs please.

    to bring an old thread back to life..im tring to sort out my foglights, now im no good with this, now i have a multimeter i put my lights on and the front foglight on, and put one connection from the meter on the earth on battery,the other i touched on the top of the fuse (22) and it come up as just 1...? i dont think im doing this right,what setting on the multi meter should it be? can you look on this pic of the one i have.!and i touched the top of 86 on the relay and got the same? please help explain this in more detail so i understand what im doing?

    Set the meter to 20VDC which is the one at the 10 o'clock position on your meter. Then start by touching the red lead to the pos of your battery and the black lead to the neg of the battery and you should get around 12V. just to get you comfortable with what you're doing. Then try the tests.

    ok i will try that,thats without ignition on? im really stupid at this..lol please be patient with me,i see how you helped out on this thread,i ask if you could keep an eye on it for me. and when i check it with my lights on and the front fog light on ,do i leave the fuses in and just take the little clear tops of the fuses off? then test by touching the inside of the fuse? sorry for being dumb..lol

    ok i just went out in the dark..lol.. the number 86 on the relay terminal was coming back 11.86 and fuse 22 was 11.83 i couldnt do the others to dark..so whats that say to you already???

    Have your foglights ever worked? Did they just stop working. Have you checked that the fuses (F15 & F22) are not blown.

    You do need the ignition on to do the checks.
    If you switch on the ignition and switch the sidelights on, then switch on the foglight switch, do you hear/feel the relay click?
