    Hi folks.

Just got a 325i convertible (1995 model) and it came with the hard top which was already attached.
I got home and took the hardtop off (when it stopped raining) just to find out that when you push the roof open button, the cover opens a little way (about 45 degrees) but not far enough to actually be able to pull the roof out manually, so as it is, it don't work manually or automatically :(

Any ideas on how to sort this out please?

    Thank you

OK the close button then. He roof wont come out of the open position from underneath the cover.

Is that easier to understand? I meant the button that opens and closes the roof. The roof is down (hence the hardtop being on the car when I got it) and I can't close the roof full stop!
