Hello everyone. I have a Clifford g5 alarm system on my e36 m3. I bought the flashing window sticker accessory for it but can't get it to work with the alarm. I have it on a permanent live just now but it is flashing all the time. I just want it to flash when the alarm is on. I tried wiring it to the Clifford flashing led but it seems to draw to much current and just cuts the led off. Any Hellp or ideas would be much appreciated.

Did you get any instructions with it. I think its designed to flash all the time independent of the alarm. You could just put a switch in the circuit to turn it on when you leave the car anywhere a bit suspect.

There is instructions saying connect the black wire on the flashing sticker to orange on the Clifford. And the red wire to red on the Clifford. It don't work. I am a bit stumped really. I did think about putting a switch in the line but I would like it done right.

It might be worth having a chat with Clifford alarms. They have a "Live Chat" option on their website, Clifford Alarms | The Science of Security | Car & Motorcycle Security as well as email and UK phone number. It sounds more like a fault with the alarm than the flashing windows sticker, as that works OK when connected to power.
