My motor is not responding on the drivers side. Clicks on left to right on the joystick and nothing top to bottom. Have clicked the glass around to try and re-engage it but no good.

If I get a replacement will I have to re-spray it or can I swap the parts over into my casing?

You can carefully pop the mirror off and there is a screw underneath the unit on the outside and this will release the motor.

That's what it's like on my genuine M3 ones anyway
