    Hi Guys,

I have this annoying crackling noise coming from the right hand side of the Glove box / left hand side of the CD Player. It only comes on when the car is started and tends to dissapear when accelerating. I would also add that when I turn on the Rear Heater, the car vibrates for a few seconds at the rear.

Could someone give me some advice on what this can be, I am assuming it is electrical?

    Thanks

Does that mean the motor is on its way out? I am assuming the dashboard will need to be taken apart to access it?

A quick update. The noise starts once the car starts up and the revs fall under 1000rpm on idle. Noise dissapears once accelerating and over 1000rpm. Under the hood i cannot hear any obvious crackling, just inside on that particular plastic trim.
