    I have converted all three of my lights using HID kits from China - lows, highs and fogs.

    My prefs were:

    Lows - 55 watt kit, 8000K colour;
    Hights - 35 watt kit, 6500K colour;
    Fogs - 35 watt kit, 3000K colour.

    I wanted fogs to be euro yellow and they look great. I also have SMD leds in my parkers, these look great too.

    For lows, you do need projector headlights with a strong cut out and, preferably, electric levelling - even so, I find people will flash me as they are super bright and have that blue tinge.

    Time to convert is less than an hour - they just plug into existing circuits and work off the existing relays.

    Good luck.

    Ben - I only paid $70 US for each of the 35 watt kits and $110 US for the 55 watt kit. Plenty on ebay and more in US ebay site.

    Try emailing David at david@vvme.com, mention me from Oz and tell them you want more than one kit, he will give you a good price and good service, bulbs and ballasts break in 1st year, replaced no questions. He also takes paypal - see www.manyadeal.com.

    kind regards Chris

    i'll second the projector headlights suggestion.
    i've fitted mine now and am very pleased with the increased light output...i used a 6k kit and the light is just the right colour,any warmer and it'll be too blue.
    the gu i got mine from (ebay) does sell H7R kits for standard headlights,but i honestly wouldn't fancy my chances come mot time.
    what i've felt,what i've known
    never shined through in what i've shown.
