hi guys, can anybody confirm a few issues

    1 key remote not working

2 no seat memory when key fob inserted into slot and ignition turned on ,all the seats go back to a default setting

3 no oil level saved from last journey

are all these linked to the remote not working ,and will it be the antenna diversity module?

My remote was not working so fitted a new battery. It now works only when close to the car. The Auto electrician has checked the Diversity Antenna & that's ok. He contacted BMW for advice & they told him it needs a new key whish costs £140.00. I can't figure out what the secret is. If it has a new battery why doesn't it work properly. I believe Diversity Antennas cost £250 - £300.

Does anyone know where the antenna is & is it easy to fit? I have spoken to another BMW garage & they say if both keys work only when close to the vehicle it must be the antenna.
