    Hey All,

I'm looking for a new battery for my 2002 E46 318TI. The specs for the current battery (branded BMW so assume this is the one fitted in the factory) is:

    12v 70Ah 570 CCA

When I search online at battery sites and do a search for a battery they seem to chuck out loads of batteries with completely different specifications, are these right for the car or should I just get one of the same spec?

    Thanks,

use your Reg in Euro Car Parts website, it will pick out the correct battery, failing that give them a call or pop in.

If your keeping the car go for the bosch one with the longest warranty we used bosch and have had no issues at all with them, also save a penny or 2 agaisnt BMW prices.

I'm still on the original BMW Battery, but will use the advice on getting a Bosch replacement when the original dies...
