I have a 740i (7 R reg) Its worked great for the last few years, with few problems.
However. its recently developed a fault that is driving me mad.
The car will start/drive perfectly, but every so often when you try to start the car there is nothing, and it has to be jump started.
You could do 100 miles, stop the car, and 10 minutes later it wont start again. This problem is happening Intermittently, but becoming more regular.
Does anybody know what this may be, or have suffered the same sort of problem.
Any help would really be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Warren.

Yes, theres sometimes a clicking sound, and the battery light says flat, but if you jump start it, and turn it off straight away, and remove the leads. The car will restart as if there was no problem. Its weird.
