Have recently bought a 323 ci covertable but roof does not seem to work. red light is illuminated and just flashes. Have checked all fuses and even tried to help ease roof off hooks but again nothing??

Also i have two red warning lights on my dash on the rear of car, have checked all lights, indicators, reverse lights and all in good order, but licence plate lights not working, have checked bulbs and are fine?? any clues?

Al,open your boot and see if the black compartment has been recessed to allow for more boot space..if it has the roof wont open(red light)...just pull down the handle and pull towards you to release it down...the dash lights are showing a fault with the number plate lights, this happened to mine, and it is a loose /short connection..try and wiggle the wiring loom by the boot hinge and see what happens
