I just bought a 318i (e36) 1998 and it has electric front and manual back windows. I want to get a leather interior from the breakers and the only one available has electric rear windows. would the wiring harness be in place or how much would I need to transplant from the Donner door to get it working.

You can just cut a hole in the rear doorcard for the winder.
There will be no wiring in place for electric rear windows in cars that have manual installed.
