    Hi

Someone must have asked this question before, but I can't find a thread.

The radio/Cd player in my 2007 E90 displays the date in the USA format when it is not switched on; I.E. today's date is shown as 02/06/10. This is winding me up - I want to be able to change the format to read 06/02/10.

Despite extensive fiddling and reading the manual I can't seem to do it.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Jeff

You need to refer to 'Formats and units of measure' on page 62 of your manual. Shows how to do it

    Hi
I have the same problem on a 59 reg 320d msport, the user manual, whilst quite helpful only suggests how to change the date format via idrive

i don't have i drive, but have the same level of frustration as Jeff, so wondered how you get the radio to do this

    thanks
    Nigel

sorted - many thanks - didn't realise the engine had to be running and stationary to get to this menu
it would seem that i have the wrong manual for the car, is there a link anywhere to the manual you extracted the pages from, as i would like to understand what the other options i can set are ( already figured the number of times the indicator blinks one out)

    cheers
    Nigel
