Hi nfolks , parking sensors have stopped working on my X3 , light still on on dash , had system read & it came up with no supply to the sensors , apparently this may also mean no supply to the control unit , I have a 12v supply to the control unit & quite a few 5 volt feeds out of the unit , I dont know where the wiring goes to test after the control unit , can anyone tell me where i may find a wiring diagram for just the parking sensor system or for a complete wiring diagram
    Many thanks
    Lippos

seems like i may be asking for rocking horse sh** . so perhaps if i ask a different question . is there a test procedure for checking the parking sensors . i have tried the holding my hand in ft of the sensors & listening for a click . no sound from any of them . how many lives should there be to the control unit . how many 5 volt conections coming out of it , any help would be great .

You will find it here but you will need to load Adobe SVG to view it WDS BMW Wiring Diagram System - Model Selection

You need BMW DIS software to run the test procedures, it can be bought for cheaper elsewhere but this package is easy to install and does not require any IT skills BMW Diagnostic Cable - Black Edition « BM Technic | BMW Diagnostic Cable | BMW Diagnostic Software
