    hi guys my drivers side heated seat is not working but the passendgers side does?

    when i press the button i see all 3 zone lights go on and instantly off?

    can anyone help me please.

    Have you checked the obvious like fuses? Shorted element will blow the fuse I'm guessing.

    hi mate i checked the fuse and it appears to be ok, when i pulled it out the passenges side stopped working so im guessing the fuse is ok it must be something else, im gona hate having to take it to bmw and paying a fortune ;-)

    Have you checked for voltage/power at the heated seat plug?

    The switching centre has detected a fault (open, short, high or low load) and shut off the power to the element. Either get your fault codes read or have go at wiggling the under seat connector. Take caution, the seatbelt pretensioner goes through that under seat connetor and you can turn on the airbag light when the power is on and if you are mucking about with it.
