    Hi all!

I was busy installing a new amplifier in my E46 320d Touring (12/2003) and while unmounting the + connection from the battery my wrenching tool accidentally touched the bracket holding the battery in place, resulting in a short-circuit. Everything went 'down' immediately.

I can't find any blown fuse in the fuse box, the battery still holds 12 volts. What am i missing here? Is there a 'main fuse' somewhere?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

A dealer told me to 'reset' the system by: detaching the battery, connecting the +&- cables and let it rest for about an hour.. & it worked!
