That diode looks ok but they don't give much info. It doesn't say what the the material is between the electrodes (this material allows flow of electrons one way but not the other) but at 2 quid a pop they'd be easily replaced if one went faulty.
All you'll need to do is find the live to the footwell lamps and run 2 seprate wires to each inverter and put a diode in each cable. You could use one diode for both inverters but pulling more current through it will cause it to fail quicker.

oh ok cool so i just need to run a live from the drivers footwell lamp with a diode to the inverter on the drivers side then do the same from the passenger footwell is that correct

so when its all done and finished the rings will come on when the doors are unlocked or opened and then when all interier lights are off and i have sidelights on they will still be on

good luck, remember you need to put a diode on the wire that goes from your side light to your inverter, otherwise the foot well lights will light up your side lights

ok you have confused me again lol so i put the diode on the sidelight cable i thought it was on the cable that comes from the footwells lol so the current doesnt flow back the the footwells from the sidelights

Are you keeping the sidelights or just having the angel eyes?....if just having the angel eyes the diode will go onto the switch wire from the footwell light to the inverter

Yer I have the original sidelights removed already and have the ccfl wiring connected to the original sidelight wiring so I wanna keep them to the normal switch inside the car and I want them to come on when the footwell lights come on

No probs then....just run an extra wire from the footwell to the inverters with a diode in
