    Hi can anybody help please????
I have an e39 on an 03 plate and the auto headlight levellers don't seem to be aiming the xenon lights far enough up the road. I noticed this when all of a sudden the light beam seemed to point directly to the floor, but they still seem to be adjusting automatic just no pointing high enough. I have checked the fuse's, wiring and bulb connections and all seems to be fine, just wondering if you could give me any clues as to what this could be...Thanks

Did you have any work done under the car recently?

The reason I say this is because your level sensors are located underneath your car. No. 12.

Just checked front and all seems fine, however i have taken the back one off and there is no resistance at all, it just spins round is this right? The arms had corroded to the ball connections so i think this has worn it out inside. £70 from local dealers if this is the problem
